Southern States Management Group Expands Brevard County Presence with New Regional Office at 7155 Murrell Road

SSMG relocates Brevard County operations to expanded Viera facility, targeting August 2026 full occupancy

VIERA, FL – June 19, 2026 – Southern States Management Group (SSMG), a leading provider of community association management services throughout Central and Northeast Florida, is pleased to announce the expansion of its Brevard County operations through the execution of a new lease at 7155 Murrell Road in Viera, Florida.

The new office represents a significant milestone in SSMG’s continued growth and long-term investment in the Brevard County market. As part of this expansion, SSMG will be vacating its current office located at 1384 Heritage Oaks Boulevard and relocating operations to the substantially larger Murrell Road facility.

The lease became effective on June 1, 2026, and construction and tenant improvements are currently underway.

The new location will provide nearly three times the office space of SSMG’s existing Brevard County office and reflects the company’s strong commitment to serving current clients while supporting future growth throughout the region.

The expansion also reinforces SSMG’s confidence in its local leadership team and the continued growth of the company’s Brevard County operations under the direction of Territory Manager TJ Leach.

Designed to support both current operations and future expansion, the new office will feature many of the professional amenities found throughout SSMG’s regional offices, including:

The relocation will occur in phases as construction is completed and operational systems are transitioned to the new facility. SSMG’s goal is to have the office fully occupied and operational by Monday, August 3, 2026.
