ATTENTION RESIDENTS – PAY ASSESSMENTS ONLINE FOR FREE

Many of you probably already know you can pay your assessment fees online with a credit card but doing that charges you a fee.

We don’t like unnecessary fees! Here’s a quick three minute tutorial on how to sign up for automatic withdraw from your bank so you don’t incur additional fees to pay your assessments.

We recommend that you bookmark this page as it updates frequently and is very useful for residents.

After you’re in the downloadable forms select “Authorization for ACH” and it will walk you through the simple steps. One great benefit is that if your assessment fees change, the deduction will automatically adjust. You don’t have to go in and make any changes, keeping you always up-to-date!
