Southern States Management Group, Inc. has successfully managed The Landings at Marina Cove Condominium Association since 1990. In addition to our routine administrative and financial responsibilities, we consistently supervise a number of independent third party vendors and service providers. Throughout our tenure, the Association has very successfully endured several significant maintenance and restoration projects, to include significant dredging activities, etc.
Submerged land lease responsibilities, including regulatory reporting to and compliance with Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) and the State of Florida, have continually and successfully been facilitated on behalf of the Association for uninterrupted operation of the marina
The Landings at Marina Cove Condominium Association has a covenant responsibility to provide enforcement as well as asset management and replacement, as necessary. Ongoing oversight by Southern States Management Group, consisting of routine site inspections and communication among association members, the Board, and vendors, continually results in a solution that satisfies the expectations of Association Members.
