A gentlemen calls the office and says that he needs to come by to, “drop off a letter”. Harley, one of our CAM’s says, “no problem…we have a slot you can drop it through”. The gentleman calls back from the parking lot and says that the letter won’t fit which puzzles Harley. He heads to the door and immediately understands why he was having trouble. It was an actually “letter” that fell off of a building.
