Charla Khatib has been a tireless and hands-on advocate for her clients, whether in Atlanta, GA, (where she got her start in community management) or in Central Florida, where she is currently serving as the director of community management at Southern States Management Group Inc (SSMG). The depth and breadth of Char’s experience and her willingness to go that extra mile have earned her a reputation of being one of the best in the business and have made her an indispensable member of countless teams along the way. While historically Char’s role was that of providing counsel to association board members, in 2021 she was elevated to a new role that includes the mentoring of new community managers as well as providing innovative and thoughtful solutions to a far-reaching network of vendors, boards, and property owners.
