Board Members: What Is Your Role?

Many of you have been reading and following the most recent condominium current events within the State of Florida! The roles and responsibilities of the Boards of Directors of condominium associations has certainly become an important topic of general conversation but we believe it is also imperative to get you some answers to some of your very specific questions.

Recently it was revealed that the State of Florida, over the past few years, has siphoned millions of dollars to its General Fund from the Division of Condominiums Trust Fund consequently providing little or no industry education to the folks that desperately need it.

This webinar covered timely answers about your involvement as a Board Member of your Condominium Association.

Our Education Panel:

Mike Mort, Insurance Offices of America

Barbara Reid, Wright & Casey, P.A.

Chuck Adams, Charles Adams Engineering

As a leading, privately-owned, community association management company, Southern States Management Group, Inc. has been committed to providing its clients, and other condominium association leaders (Directors) outside of its client portfolio, with educational programs for many years. We understand the importance of your role within your condominium and we are committed to doing our part to make continuing education and general knowledge a key component of the communal living industry.
