REGISTER NOW FOR THE HOA/COA CONFERENCE

REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR OUR ANNUAL HOA/COA CERTIFICATION & CONFERENCE! We are all about community here at Southern States Management Group (SSMG), and we believe that an educated board member is better for the community at large. That is why SSMG has heavily invested in education for the past 4 years and we are continuing to do so with our Annual HOA/COA Certification & Conference.

You are invited to join us on Wednesday, March 2, 2022, from 8:00am-5:00pm at the Cici & Hyatt Brown Museum of Art located at 352 S Nova Road in Daytona Beach.

(Breakfast & Exhibitor Hall will begin at 8:00am with opening remarks around 8:30am).

Join fellow Board Members as we host an updated Certification Course, workshops and an afternoon of breakout sessions focused on “The Evolution of Associations.” With recent tragedies in our field, the Leadership Team thought it best to focus on the future – how to set your community up for success. At this Conference, Board Members will walk away with tangible material and insightful thoughts on planning for the future of their Association.

WHAT IF I’M ALREADY CERTIFIED?Already certified? That’s great! We encourage you to attend regardless. We will have plenty of workshops available.

The tragic events of down south made us think in future and not present. It is important that Board Members think of the future of the association and the future of the community, regardless of whether or not you see yourself being a board member in the future. You want to set your community up for success and to do so, you will need to know how to prepare for worst-case scenarios.

We will have workshops on how to financially prepare for the future, how to review building envelope and ensure that you are on top of maintenance, legal breakout sessions to help you understand your role and responsibility, and more!

This conference is a definite must for your educational support in 2022.
