“I just wanted to let you know that my crew could not say enough good things about the way you handled the incident at 25 Casa Bella Circle, Travis. To have the resources you did on scene before the fire was even out was amazing. Your maintenance man was onsite within thirty minutes of the start of the fire. You arrived just a few minutes later. By the time the fire was out you had, the restoration crew onsite, a locksmith onsite, an electric company enroute, wood to make repairs enroute and sunbelt enroute with a man lift to reach it. All of the Fire Crew kept talking about you being on point for the residents of Casa Bella. I only hope you get to train all of the managers in this area. It is always a pleasure working with you.
